Why running?

When you are running there is this little person thats talks to you and this little person says: “I’m tired, my lungs are ready to pop, I’m so hurt, I’m so tired, there is no way I can possibly continue”. And you want to quit. right?
If you learn how defeat that person when you are running will learn how not to quit when things get hard in yout life.

Reading

the reason of reading is so important is that there were gazillion of people that has lived before all of us, there is no new possibily problem we can have with the parents, school, mate, bully, with anyone. There is no problem we can have that someone hasn’t already solved and wrote a book about it.

However there are some things that are extremely effective to achieve this goal.

A lot of people will go with nice gifts (iphone, playstation, ipod) to make someone happy but in the list below I just add stuff that make the person truly happy.

I LOVE YOU is the best thing to say to make someone really happy. Besides the people I had a relationship with only a few people had told me they loved me and I knew those words touched my heart and made me very happy.

  1. Say “I love you”
  2. Give them a hug
  3. Pick them flowers
  4. Ask them if they are OK
  5. Smile proudly
  6. Help with pleasure
  7. Always say “Thank you”
  8. Be proud of them
  9. Spend time with them
  10. Don’t waste their time

PS: There are moments in life that a single word can make a huge difference in someone’s life.
