It is much better to teach children to have “no sex” instead of “safe sex”. HIV/AIDS will not be stopped unless the morals of people change and they only have one partner that they have sex with, their spouse.

The government is wasting money placing condom vending machines at schools. I live in Africa and I can assure you that this does not work. Children do not take responsibility nowadays and they may use a condom once or twice but then the novelty wil wear off and they will then become careless and stop using them.

Some people use condom only in the first or second relation, after that they become careless and start doing without it.
